Planning to make an igloo skeleton: Part 2

The igloo skeleton takes the form of a Buckminster Fuller geodesic dome made from PVC. This is based on Curt Drury's PVC greenhouse and the indispensable Desert Domes calculator.

Model making

12pcs 6m PVC

2V dome. Cut 35 at A: 1.12m and 30 at B: 1m

Taped lengths to differentiate. Less guessing

John Hutchinson jig. Curve each end for flexibility

Debris from trimming ends

John Hutchinson jig. Holes drilled A: 1.06m apart, B: .94m apart
